Simply show up to the ticket booth with your ID or passport and you will already be in their system. We do this because a lot of our customers are traveling and don’t have access to a printer. Furthermore, we have heard that other local deal provider vouchers can sometimes be hard to redeem. So we go through the extra effort of booking customers reservation by time and day guaranteed that they will be saved a spot on their reserved adventure.

Address is given out in confirmation email within the first two sentences of that email.  

Due to extra sensitivity please consider leaving kids two and under at home for whale watching but you can bring the infant if you feel he/she will handle the sea ok

We do not require each persons name and ID. Just the primary person who makes the reservation.

If you would like to make a reservation as a gift(let’s say John Smith) feel free to process order under your name and then put (FOR: John Smith) next to your name.

No. These deals are exclusive for customers and are not honored at the ticket booth/business directly.
